My wife and I are teachers who will be out of the city for the summer and are looking to sublease our space. We are looking for a responsible person or couple who will care for our space as their own and water our plants. Open to subletter hosting occasional dinner party but nothing too rowdy.

We have some room for flexibility on the price and the dates.

We posted the rent that we pay for the space, before internet, gas, electricity, and wifi but we will see what people offer and make a decision because on price, dates, and fit.

We live in a one bed room 4th floor walk up in Bed-Stuy near the intersection of Jefferson and Nostrand Avenues. About a 5 minute walk from the Nostrand A/C stop and 10 minute walk to the Bedford G stop. Great restaurants, bars, cafes and shops in the neighborhood and a short walk to Herbert Von King Park.
