Someone (1 person only - firm on this) who is respectful, clean, quiet, reliable, without pets (they're not allowed), and communicative.

Furniture:
The apartment is fully furnished with what you see in the pictures, all you need to bring are towels and linen.

Move-in is on April 1.

- Steps from the Brooklyn Promenade
- R/W trains and 2/3/4/5 trains on the block
- Queen-sized bed
- New AC unit

All monthly utilities are a flat fee of an additional $200 (including wifi, electric, water, and gas.) There isn't a washer & dryer in the unit, but a laundromat is directly across the street.
