There’s laundry in the basement (9 washers and 10 dryers) and on the roof there's a shared deck with dining and lounge areas, and spectacular 360 degree views of the city.

$5400/month sublet fee includes everything - electricity, gas, WiFi. There’s no cable but there’s a smart tv on which you can stream any of your own content providers. Apartment comes with linens, towels and fully stocked kitchen. Just show up with your suitcase to enjoy all that downtown living has to offer.
