I'm looking to sublet my furnished 2-bedroom from November 20th - December 3rd (priority will be given to those inquiring full stay). The apartment is located on Adelphi St between Dekalb and Lafayette — if you don't know, truly the most magical location in Brooklyn. The apartment is on the 5th floor (has elevator!) and looks westward, which provides a view of Downtown BK and Lower Manhattan. If you step out on the fire escape, you'll see the Manhattan skyline.

Both rooms come furnished with all the things one would need to live. One big, one small (both w/ queen beds). I've had the apartment for 5 years and adore it, and I'm looking for someone who maintains the same level of interest in making it home, even if just for a week. The entire apartment has wood floors and unique wood paneled ceilings.

The apartment is on the same block as Olea, and around the corner is everything you'd need in Fort Greene — Colonia Verde, Miss Aida, Evelina, Imani, Bittersweet, Walters, Saraghina, the newly opened Sailor, and of course Fort Greene Park.
