I am looking to sublet my studio in Gowanus for a few months.
It’s an amazing space, 2000 sq ft. 14’ ceilings, tons of light, great location.
The Building is 24 hr access, wifi and utilities are included, there is a freight elevator, a communal wood shop and other great amenities.

The studio has an office and drawing area and a painting area, there are plenty of work tables with glass pallets.

I can be flexible on rent and duration, just looking for the right arrangement.
