Hi, we're looking for someone to sublet the downstairs of our beautiful light and plant filled duplex apartment.
Christmas: Dec. 15 - Jan. 3 - $2400 (2 weeks + 5 nights)
The downstairs has 1 bedroom with a twin bed (for one person) and a desk for working. There is now a sliding glass door instead of a curtain.
Downstairs: your bedroom, living room, balcony, kitchen and bathroom. Laundry is in the basement.
Looking for someone to water the plants at least twice while we are away!

The apartment is 1.5 blocks away from the Kingston/Throop C train, close to restaurants and bars in Bedstuy, a 10 minute walk to Brower Park or 30 minute walk to Prospect Park.
*There is currently construction going on next door from 8am-5pm.
