The main floor has a large central hall, exposed wooden-trussed ceilings, a stage, work sink, moveable studio walls that are drywall & plywood backed (which can hold fasteners snugly at any point), a decommissioned dumbwaiter, and a private room that was once used as a small church library.

There are five bedrooms total.
The large kitchen / dining room addition is approximately 800 sq ft with 40ft of counter space, a vintage 10 burner Garland stove.
All new bathroom with new fixtures, tiled walls and floors, as well as large 42 x 60 walk-in shower.
