The space for rent isn't fancy, but the building is part of an artist community and is in an enchanting historic building with some awe-inspiring interiors.

Ideally we are looking for someone who can also do 15 hours a month in onsite help (simple handyman / caretaker help & liaison for artists) for a reduction in rent to $590.
Additional reduction is available for more hours of work.

Prior related experience mandatory.

It is eight minutes to train station that runs multiple times a day, directly to downtown Manhattan. Be in the center of New York City in just over two hours.
Or immerse yourself in Adirondack wilderness with just a short drive north.
