The primary bedroom is large and can fit a king sized bed and a dresser (bed not included)
The secondary bedroom can fit a queen, large desk, litter robot (cats nor litter robot will not be here) and also has a large closet (pictured).
The kitchen has a dish washer a solid cabinet space.
The dining room area has a second closet as well that is about half the size as the first one.
The building has an elevator, gym, laundry, and paid parking. The building also allows pets.
The building is about a 10 minute walk to the 3,4,5, and 6 (green and red line). The area also has great quality of food and options for food markets, deli’s, and general item stores.
The building is next to a park and about a 15 minute bike ride to prospect park.
As a gay man, I have not had a negative experience living here. The area feels like a community (families are always playing at the park next to the building). If you have a car, i also drive and have been doing street parking as well.
I am a medical device sales rep supporting upper Manhattan. Moved here in 2021 after college. Had a partner for a few years and have recently separated. We got the space together but they have moved back to Argentina and the apartment’s commute to my job is too far.
