500 square foot apartment located in the heart of Williamsburg, one block from McCaren park. The street is very quiet. It's about equidistant from the Lorimer L and Bedford L (10-minute walk). Near lots of great restaurants and bars.

This is an old tenement style building, and the apartment is on the fourth-floor (no elevator). The apartment is fully furnished and you'd have it to yourself. It is very clean and I'm looking for subletters who would keep it that way. There is a fully stocked kitchen (no dishwasher), living room that gets nice light, one bathroom, a small bedroom with a twin bed and larger bedroom with a queen bed and desk. There are no closets, so the rooms have clothing racks. The apartment is full of plants and art.

If you're willing to water the plants once a week, the monthly rental would be $100 cheaper. Otherwise, I'll have to have someone come in and do so.
