It’s a great location. Hoyt St and Baltic St in Boerum Hill. We’re just 4 minutes from the G and F, 10 minutes from the A and C. We are also within 30 minutes walking of Fort Greene park, Brooklyn Bridge Park and Prospect Park. We have a grocery store (Dumbo Market) one block away plus a fantastic fruit and veggie store.

A couple living in bk that will be out of town the for the next few months. We like to keep the apartment neat and tidy. We are the current renters looking for a 2 month sublet. Flexibile on move out day by a few days as it ends on the new year.
