Our furnished 3 BR/1.5 BA mountain house in Tannersville is available monthly or weekly from December - May 2025.

The house is cozy and family friendly. The first floor has a large open kitchen and living room, and a separate dining room. The house can sleep up to 6 people with one king, one queen, and one full size bed. It is a perfect place to work or tranquil escape from city life. The house has hardwood floors and updated modern appliances.

The yard has a native wildflower garden and the backyard has a bluestone patio and a stone fire pit, and is surrounded by maple and birch trees. There is a hiking trail that is a short walk from the house that links up with Rip Van Winkle Lake and the Huckleberry Rail Trail. In the winter, the house is only a 10 minute drive away from skiing at Hunter Mountain, 20 minutes from Windham Mountain, and about 30 minutes from Bellayre.

There has recently been a surge of creative energy in Tannersville, and new restaurants and bakeries line the main street. A car is recommended but there is a supermarket and other conveniences located within a 5 minute drive of the house.

The house is only a few minute drive from charming downtown Tannersville, Hunter Mountain, Kaaterskill Falls, and amazing hiking and camping. Saugerties, Catskill, Woodstock, Phoenicia, and Hudson are all within a 30 minute drive.

About This Lister

We are two designers - landscape architect and industrial designer - and split our time between Brooklyn and Tannersville. This house is our special escape from the city and we love to share it with others.

We are laid back but considerate and respectful of the mountain community. We enjoy renting short term to creatives or families!
