I've really enjoyed living in the area. Two streets down from Malcolm X Blvd which features a lot of nice places to eat and bars to hang out, coffee shops easily accessible, enough places to buy food etc.
Very easy access to the Ralph C train stop. ~10 minute walk to the Utica A/C stop. ~15 minute walk to the Bushwick-Aberdeen L train stop. ~15 minute walk to one of the Broadway J train stops.

We also love the upstairs neighbors. Friendly late 20s group that has always been kind and respectful, we've even hung out with them a few times.
