We are moving to a 2BR apartment soon and are looking for a new tenant to take over our 1BR apartment starting January 2025 through December 2025 with an option to renew the lease. The landlord permission has been obtained for the lease reassignment, so the new tenant will sign a contract directly with the landlord.
The apartment is located on the 16th FL of a well-maintained high-rise building in Hunters Point of Long Island City. It is extremely close to the midtown Manhattan (just one stop to Grand Central on subway), and has access to NYC Ferry. The neighborhood has been beautifully developed and clean, and has a great sense of community.
The apartment was completely renovated one year ago with brand new appliances including in-unit washer and dryer. It is facing south so it gets plenty of natural sunlight and has an amazing view of the East River and Manhattan skyline.
We are pet-free, smoke-free, and shoe-free home and the apartment has been kept very clean.
The monthly rent is $4,325 and January rent is negotiable depending on the move-in date.
The amenities include resident lounge, gym terrace and garden, and the amenity fees are included in the rent.
Pets are allowed.
We are moving to a 2BR apartment as my children are growing older. No broker is involved.
Current Tenant
Tenant will sign a new contract with the landlord. The required documents are:
- three (3) most recent / consecutive paystubs
- three (3) most recent / consecutive bank statements
- photo ID
- online application form
- $20 application fee will be paid by us
Pets are allowed - just need to obtain the prior approval from the landlord.
