Hi everyone, I’m looking for someone to take over the lease on my two-bedroom apartment at Astoria West. We will put you in touch with the management company directly for the application, as well as any renewal at the end of the lease on June 23, 2025. There is also an option to sign a new lease with the management.
Living here has been an incredible experience—I’ve loved the breathtaking river views and the stunning Manhattan skyline right from the apartment. The space is modern, comfortable, and perfectly situated in one of the best parts of Astoria. I hope the next tenant enjoys it as much as I have!
