Our weekend getaway from downtown Manhattan quickly turned into my part time residence. We’ve enjoyed the house and the booming area since 2011. Our life unexpectedly relocated us to Los Angeles in 2019. Since COVID, we have been able to offer our cherished place to professionals who commute and work from home. I am an artist.
