I have a studio spaces going in my beautiful, light filled 4th floor unit in the iconic Bendix building. I am on the lease, and currently share the space with 2 other artist friends.

The studio is private. In the unit there is a common area with appliances such as mini fridge, microwave, kettle.

The available space is approx. 600sqft, rent is $1350 a month.

- Rent includes utilities and wifi.

- Parking is not included - a monthly pass can be obtained for the lot underneath the building, or from one of the many parking buildings in the area. Metered street parking is available too. Street parking is free and readily available in the evening if you like to work nights.

About the building:

The Bendix building is filled with artist studios and galleries, including Joan and Château Shatto. There is a large freight elevator, as well as passenger elevators, and utility sinks in common areas. Security staff are on the door throughout building open hours - which are Mon- Sat 7am - 12am, Sun 10am-12am. The area is lively and bustling, with a lot of great food and coffee within walking distance, as well as being a short walk or drive away from many Downtown galleries, and neighbors Little Tokyo, Chinatown and the Arts District. It is easily accessed from the 10, the 110, the 101 and the 5 freeways.
