1 year lease and then month to month. Lease term length may be flexible.

We are an artist built and artist run studio building. The space is a dedicated studio space for VISUAL ARTISTS ONLY. No band, podcasts, beauty or tattoo work. The space is not suitable for heavy woodworking/metal work or fabrication.

We cannot accommodate kilns.
