Incredible duplex apartment with huge private roof deck available for these two days. I'm located literally feet away from the Montrose L stop and walkable to all the best things in both Williamsburg and Bushwick.
This is on the fourth floor in a stairs-only building, so just need to make sure that won't be an issue.

Rental requirements
No contract necessary — we'll just have to jump on a call at some point to meet each other and chat a bit. Then we'll make arrangements for the keys, etc.
I'll ask for half the total up front (to take the listing down) and then the other half upon arriving.
Pets Policy
I have a dog (who won't be here for the stay) so I'm used to having animals here. Any well-behaved dogs or cats are welcome.
