Hi there! I’m looking for a 1 bedroom apartment ideally with a year lease. Move-in asap or before Nov 30. I’m a bit flexible on the location, I would love to be somewhere close to the water or a park. I crave nature in this city. It’s just me, no pets, and I’m a clean, private tenant.

Unfurnished preferably, but furnished could be okay with the right fit. I’m open to dwellings where the owner might be using this as their second home and might pop in periodically throughout the year/need someone around to watch after the place or look after plants while they’re away the majority of the time.

My budget is max $1,700, and my dad is my guarantor. Being an artist has leant me a lot of flexibility in my life, I figure people on the LP can understand :)

I’m currently living in Sunset Park, and it just proved to be a little too far out of the city for me. My current rent for my 1 bed apt is $1,700 and I always pay on time.
