Seeking a sacred space to call home with my sweet and affectionate 7 y/o cat, Ziggy♥️. Open to short/long term and month to month (unfurnished or mostly unfurnished room)!

Ideally, moving after 4/11, (current lease until 4/30) but open to the beginning of April, if needed. End date flex depending on fit.

*Need to move with 4x4x8'' portable Voiceover booth, and digital Clavinova piano.
*Budget for room is $1400, could go up to $1700 for more of a studio space (no roommates).
*Open to all neighborhoods within 10-15 min walk to train(s) and ideally a park nearby to walk and/or bike to for nature time.
*Seeking sunlight and avoiding super noisy areas (like buildings right by trains, as I record audio from home.)

I'm a clean, respectful, and quiet creative who records VO and self-tapes from home, but also works part-time in hospitality. Schedule aries week to week.
