Hi all!

Looking for a May move-in for a large room, preferably furnished. Budget is 1500-1700/month.

About me: I work a hybrid schedule, 3 days in office, as an attorney. In my spare time I play music (always through headphones at home or out), cook, work out, and watch movies. I'm very much a morning person and I'm usually out and about during the day.

I'm looking for an apartment in either Brooklyn or Manhattan. I'm not picky about a dishwasher, backyard, or in-unit laundry, though I would prefer lots of natural light. In terms of what I'm looking for in a roommate, it really just boils down to peace & mutual respect. I don't drink or party and I tend to keep to myself but I'm very friendly and I would hope for the same in any living space. I've generally been good friends with roommates despite not knowing each other prior; looking for a good fit more than anything else.
