Art Studios for Sublet
Looking for a visual artist to split my current studio with (my friend just moved out).
Approx 112 square feet per person.
The space is part of a beehive of other studio rentals in an old sewing factory across from the pizza restaurant Pán and Bridge and Tunnel Brewery. No windows but slop sink and Wifi included.
Currently has some stuff in photo attached but will be ready for move in!
About This Lister
I’m an oil painter and usually have my headphones in while working. I work part time but am in the studio 3-4 days a week depending on my schedule.

Looking for 5-6 month commitment in a sublease.
One month’s notice before moving out after initial period. Leave the space as you got it, etc.
No tattooing/live music allowed in building.
