My boyfriend had to move out of the city suddenly and is looking for someone to take over their lease ASAP. The lease runs till September 2025 with an option to renew. We're hoping to have a new tenant at the latest by February 1. The management is aware of this.
Building and apartment features:
- laundry in building
- gas stove (but no dishwasher)
- breakfast bar
- hardwood floors
- lots of storage including 3 closets
- Will be mostly unfurnished
- can fit a king bed, desk, couch, and more
- wifi is already set up and can be transferred to your name
- small AC unit already installed if you want to keep it
- a wheelchair could fit in the elevator but please note that in case the elevator is out of service (which has happened once for a few days in the past year) then it will be difficult because the apt is on the 7th floor
About the neighborhood
- 7 min walk to the B/Q train- Kings Highway station
- 13 min walk to the F train- Kings Highway station
- 5 min walk to Target, Home Goods, Marshalls, Starbucks, Dunkin
- Affordable grocery stores and lots of restaurants in the area
utilities are typically $80-100
I personally think it's a good amount of space for the rent in Brooklyn. Apologies for the not so great photos; we were in a rush haha
