I signed the lease on this workspace in November and now find myself mostly out of town for work. Looking for a subletter to finish the rest of the term. Also open to a lease takeover if there are interested parties.

I am a full-time musician and use this space to write and record. It is roughly 350 sq ft with high ceilings and a skylight. There is a nice bathroom and slop sink area down right down the hallway as well as controllable central air and fast WiFi. It's definitely enough room for 2 folks to work at the same time.

Happy to keep it furnished or clear it out. Currently there are 2 desks, a cabinet, a drink/snack station, and 2 large keyboards.

Landlords are great and the area is next to the Navy Yard with walkable distance to cafes and restaurants. Typically there is great parking available. The closest subway stops are the G and the A/C.

Have really enjoyed the space. It's a rare, affordable find for this neighborhood.
