Living room and dining room gets natural light in the apartment throughout the day. Every room has a window including the bathroom. Huge kitchen. One floor walk up. Big open space and washer and dryer in unit. No pets.

We’ve lived in this apartment for over three years and have had an amazing experience here—our landlord is super reliable and great to work with. We’re a creative family working in photography and production, and we take pride in keeping our space clean and well-maintained.

The apartment is a spacious and naturally lit 2-bedroom, 1-bath, conveniently located near the L & M trains. A lot of great options for grocery’ stores and restaurants only one block away.

We’re looking for someone who’s clean, organized, and respectful of the space. We have lots of plants around the house, so we would love to have someone water them every week while they’re here. If that sounds like you, we’d love to chat and see if it’s a good fit!
