Apartments for Sublet
I'm traveling at the end of the year and I'm renting my cozy apartment in Greenpoint.
Hoping to find someone to stay in my home, feed my plants through mid November, December, January and/or February.
I am looking for a respectful, more quiet person as parties won't be allowed.
The apartment is fully furnished. 55" smart TV with soundbar, Office space with 2 working stations. Very comfy pullout sofa bed in the living room, reverse osmosis water filter. Tons of light and private backyard.
It's located on the ground floor near the Graham stop on the L train and the Nassau stop of the G train. Next to McGolrick and very close to McCarren park.
Lots of restaurants, bars and supermarkets closed by.
I am open to negotiating length of stay & rent if it is the right fit for everyone.

I am an event and concert producer and I will be traveling for work for a few months so looking for someone to enjoy my apartment!

Rental requirements
Rent required up front in addition to a security deposit based on the light stay. We will work together to draft a lease that we both agree on. I will probably ask for a reference or two. Hoping to find someone nice and respectable who will treat my home and plants as if it were theirs.
