I'm renting my cozy apartment in Greenpoint for this week in November.
I am looking for a respectful, quiet person as parties won't be allowed.
The apartment is fully furnished. 55" smart TV with soundbar, Office space with 2 working stations. Very comfy pullout sofa bed in the living room, reverse osmosis water filter. Tons of light and a private backyard.
It's located near the Graham stop on the L train and the Nassau stop of the G train. Next to McGolrick and very close to McCarren park.
Lots of restaurants, bars and supermarkets closed by.
$150 Cleaning fee.

Rent required up front. We will work together to draft a lease that we both agree on. I will probably ask for a reference or two. Hoping to find someone nice and respectable who will treat my home and plants as if it were theirs.
