This apartment comes with all utilities included. (Heat, hot water, internet, garbage/recycling, electric, gas.) the space is two floors 3 bed 1 bath, of which you would get the primary bedroom, a large walk in closet and a little storage nook.

You would share a space with the current tenant and her two cats. The common space includes a large living room, full bathroom, kitchen with a gas stove and dishwasher, washer/dryer, three-season room, front porch, off-street parking, in-ground pool, and additional attic storage space.

The existing tenant is kind and polite, likes to keep a tidy space, and spends a lot of time working from home. Any additional pets would have to be vetted.
Strongly preferred: female tenant and opposite schedules.

The owner of the house lives in the basement apartment and has a dog.
