Apartments for Sublet
We have a 1bed/1bath apartment for rent over the 4th of July. We are 2 blocks from the Montrose L subway station! We can allow dogs under specific circumstances so please reach out for discussion. The maximum amount of guests is 4. We have a king bed and an air mattress for use. The closet spaces will be locked but you will have access to our washer/dryer if needed. We have a gorgeous balcony with chairs for you to enjoy. We would like quiet hours starting at midnight as we have neighbors that we respect and are very friendly with.
About This Lister
We are tenants who have lived in this gorgeous apartment for the last 4 years. We love this building and this neighborhood. I am a corporate event planner and my boyfriend is in film & television. We love to travel and we are huge animal lovers. We are the contact individuals during your stay!

Rental requirements
4 guests maximum. We have a king bed and an air mattress to be used in the main living space. We will charge a cleaning fee if the space is untidy upon return home. Quiet hours requested from 12am - 6am. Our neighbors are our friends in this building and we’d like to remain respectful.
Pets Policy
Dogs only - 1 dog allowed. We will charge a pet fee to be discussed.
