We are renting our fully-furnished garden-level apartment for the months of July and August. The space offers a garden-level studio with backdoor garden access. This is a floor-through of an historic brownstone located in central slope just steps to 5th Ave and a 10 minute walk to Prospect Park.

The main living space is an alcove studio with a large kitchen and open concept living space. The front room has historic tin ceilings and original hardwood floors, and can be used as a working studio or office space. There is an additional powder room if needed.

Internet and utilities are included.

Laundry is on-site.

We would also consider renting just the studio living space with garden access for $2500.

About This Lister

My husband and I are both creatives (photographer and creative director). We have two young kids, and spend our summers at our house upstate. We're looking for someone to enjoy the neighborhood and use the space while we're gone. We plan to have most of the kid things cleared out of the studio space by the time it's rented.

I come into the city 1x a week for work, but should you need anything — my family lives in the upper duplex so you will have someone on-site.
