This furnished apartment is in a beautiful hill-top urban oasis which is part of an estate originally built in 1905 and lived in by William Glassell (Glassell Park's founder) and later owned by Charlie Chaplin.

The apartment is cozy and includes a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom with bathtub, and a kitchen. Living room sofa folds down into a bed. The ceilings are on the low side as this is a historic home.

There is very fast internet included and a washer and dryer in its own room next to the apartment.

There is plenty of room outside too, with incredible views of the Hollywood Hills, as well as the Los Angeles National Forest.
There is a feeling of calm expansiveness when you are here, surrounded by the greenery of nature.

Designated outdoor space with seating area and patio, great for working or dining outside. beautiful open shared lawn. Larger outdoor space is semi-private. Kitchen has all the essentials and more. 100% cotton towels and bedding. Extra linens provided.

Pets may be allowed, open to discussion.

If you like to party this may not be the right spot for you. Looking for considerate, self sufficient guest who enjoy their privacy.
