Renting out the top floor of our house in Tujunga. Tujunga is a suburban neighborhood by the mountains located 30mins drive North of Downtown LA.

Rental includes: 1 Bed room + 1 Kitchen + 1 Bathroom with Shower and Toilets. Upstairs is all yours with independent access.

Currently furnished but can easily be cleared out (bed/tables/etc.) The bedroom fits a twin bed + desk and AC'ed. The kitchen fits a table and is equipped with fridge, microwave and induction cooktop. Both rooms have their own exterior access. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity. 2 generous closets are located in the hallway between the two rooms.

The laundry room is shared with us, equipped with brand new washer & dryer, and located at the ground floor with own independent access. The house is non-smoking.
Utilities: approx. 150$/month (wifi, electricity, etc.) in addition to monthly rent and adjusted every 6 months based on bills.

There's one dedicated car spot for you on the property. The closest grocery shops/restaurants/bars are about 5min out. Also 5mins away are dozens of hikes in the Angeles National Forest + downhill mountain bike trails!

About This Lister

Mid-30's professionals couple, discrete and accommodating, and we expect the same from our tenant(s). We'll be out of your way since the two spaces are fully independent. Weekdays we alternate working remote/office. On weekend we're typically busy with house projects or hanging with neighbors.

We are looking for help with the yard + downstairs renovations and open to discuss mutually agreed upon rent discounts, if you're interested in lending a hand and reduce your expenses!
