Looking to share my private studio with 24/7 access located between Montrose and Morgan Ave stops along the L. It's currently set up as a tattoo studio with half the space being the work station and the other half a lounge area. This would work great for another tattoo artist but open to other artists (small, non-toxic works) or desk workers too.

The space is located downstairs (half-basement level) with a window (good natural light in daytime) and split unit to control temperature. Shared slop sinks, bathrooms, kitchenette, package room and elevator are available to use. I did not install WiFi because I never needed it but would consider splitting a plan.

The entire floor is made up of individual studios with various small businesses, photographers, stylists, artists, etc. and mixed use (living/working) on the above floors. It's a great space but I'm not there enough and have been traveling more for work. Many other units are shared with multiple people but I'd prefer not to use the space at the same time. Ideally we would set up a schedule to avoid conflicting days and I'm open to day rates as well. If we're a good fit I would highly consider resigning the lease together in June.
