This is a beautiful loft in the arts district DTLA that has a separate bedroom as well as a large loft space for art work/living.

This is ideal for an artist who wants to live and work in the same space but also can be for anyone who just wants a big open space and a detached bedroom. There is huge bathroom and the building also has a pool, ping pong tables and a fire pit.

There are lots of wonderful restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Right now I am looking for someone who would want to take over the remainder of February, with the potential to extend it further into March.
