I’m heading back to Switzerland over Christmas and looking for someone that would like to take over my two room Apartment great located right at the boarder from Chinatown to the Lower East Side. You have the most amazing view on the Manhattan Bridge and great sunlight during the day. I appreciate the high ceilings and the six windows. Divison, Orchard, Henry and Allen Street just next door. Nightlife, Cafés, great Restaurants and plenty of the nicest affordable Chinatown Picks just around corner. It’s a walk up building and I’m on the 6th floor.

To mention: As you see the Bridge you can hear it as well, it’s definitely an apartment for someone that isn’t sensitive to subway traffic sounds. ;-)

I’m studying art so it’s furnished quite creative with a lot of snippets, treasures and plants. I moved in half a year ago, so it has more the vibe of an atelier apartment as an apartment apartment.

I’m looking for a responsible, nice person I can leave my apartment and plants with for a month. 4/20 friendly.
