- General documentation to ensure resident earns 40x monthly rent, or a contract with a guarantor company is required.
-Fund proof, employment proof or student proof, government issued ID are required.

- The rent is ORIGINALLY $3335. I'm moving out of the city so I need to transfer the lease ASAP. I WILL PERSONALLY COVER $900 FOR EACH MONTH ONCE THE LEASE IS SIGNED.
