Hello!
I'm looking for a trustworthy sublet my place in October/November between Friday, October 18th and Wednesday, November 13th (dates slightly flexible / may also consider just 10/18-10/31 or 11/1-11/13, so please ask for what you're looking for!)
The place is a humble little studio apartment with plants, complete with a projector/Apple TV and a balcony with a sunset view. It's a super walkable area to coffee shops, restaurants, and bars, with a little park nearby.
Looking for a trustworthy person. :)
No pets please!
Ample street parking.
Laundry takes quarters.
It's $2,300 total (just lowered). All utilities included.
