WRITE BAD:
A Do-Your-WORSTshop for Songwriters
Break through perfectionism and unleash your authentic songwriting voice in this intimate, supportive workshop.
Join a carefully curated cohort for 8 weeks of creative liberation and mayhem through prompts, challenges, and the infamous "Write Bad Wheel."
All experience levels welcome—especially if you're tired of taking yourself too seriously. Three terms per year (Winter/Spring, Spring/Summer, Fall) with Discord community access beyond your cohort.
---
To create the most supportive and engaged songwriting environment, each small cohort is carefully curated through a simple application process. This helps ensure every participant can contribute to and benefit from our creative community.
The application takes just a few minutes to complete and helps me understand how I can best support your songwriting journey.

My name is Anna Yukevich. I'm a creative coach and singer-songwriter based in New York City. I hold a degree in Drama (Playwriting) from Kenyon College, and am a certified professional coach.
I've run this group twice before on a smaller scale, and each time has brought me so much joy.
I believe in creating safer spaces for creative risk-taking. I'm very committed to helping you discover your unique songwriting voice, in the stupidest way possible.
"Anna runs a challenging, warm, and fun songwriting workshop. Exploring and feeling vulnerable is encouraged, and it always feels like you are in good hands." — Workshop Alumnus
If you're like, okay can you write a song though? You can listen to my song "Dogs Can Talk On Christmas" anywhere streaming, or look me up on Bandcamp. I'm currently in final stages of recording my debut EP. More to come!
I recommend clicking around my website for more info about me. DM me on instagram with any questions!
