I am subletting a bedroom in my beautiful 2-bedroom in Atwater Village. Available immediately and dates flexible. $2000/month or $550/week, plus a fixed $150/month for utilities (heat/ac/gas/wifi/electric; can be prorated).

ABOUT ME:
You would be living with me, a 35-year-old writer and attorney, and my 15-pound dog Joey (playful or napping). I just got back from a research fellowship in Scotland. I am warm and easy-going, and get along best with leftist weirdos who like talking about their feelings and/or pop culture.

LOOKING FOR:

A reliable sublettor or long-term roommate who cleans their hair out of the shower drain. all genders welcome.

THE SPACE:

Bright, second-floor two-bedroom in a 1924 duplex that was gut-renovated before I moved in at the end of 2022. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and large dresser, as well as a big closet.
