Hi! I'm a female artist/writer looking for a roommate to live with me in my beautiful hillside home in Highland Park. It's such a special place tucked away on the hill between York Blvd. and Figueroa and is within walking distance to all of the restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc.

The house is two stories (1,500 sq. feet), so there is plenty of space (4 bedrooms/2 bathrooms). My bedroom is on the second floor and the room I'm looking to fill would be on the first floor and has its own bathroom. There is a guest room upstairs that can be also be turned into/used as a second home office if needed. While the house is fully furnished, the room is not (a mattress/bed is available if needed).

Amenities: The house is equipped with a washer/dryer, sunroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, office, guest room, back patio, upper deck and a studio/TV room in the back.
