Move-in/move-out dates are somewhat flexible, but looking for someone for at least 6 weeks to sublet my Prospect Heights apartment who will be clean and respectful of the space.

The apartment is located in a beautiful neighborhood of pre-war apartment buildings and Brooklyn brownstones. The apartment is a 3 bedroom, but I will have my bedroom closed off. That leaves the spacious primary bedroom, with attached half-bath, and a large sunny office that you're free to use.

The space is fully furnished with a well stocked kitchen and dishwasher. The bed in the primary bedroom can be set up as a Single or Queen (both are pictured). No laundry in building, but there is a nice laundromat around the corner. Located on 2nd floor of a 4-story walk up.

Just a 5 min. walk to the Botanic Garden, Brooklyn Museum, Prospect Park, Central Library, many great restaurants and bars, grocery store, and the 2/3 train to Manhattan.
