Looking for someone respectful, quiet, and responsible to rent my beautiful sunny home while I am traveling. My apartment is a large one bedroom with a sunny living room, eat-in kitchen, bathroom, and foyer area. Located in tranquil residential Sunset Park and only 4 blocks from the express D Train which brings you to Manhattan in 20 minutes.

Sunset Park itself is a 5 minute walk away with gorgeous views of Manhattan and a beautiful sunset. It is incredible.

I will leave my bicycle with you so take advantage of the many scenic bike routes available including Prospect Park and the path along the Brooklyn Waterfront.

Wifi and utilities are included. I am on the fourth floor of a beautiful pre-war building so please take note that you will be walking up 4 flights of stairs.

I love my apartment so much and the neighborhood has some of the best food in the entire city! I will provide you a list of recommendations for the area including the best Vietnamese coffee and Banh Mi in Brooklyn as well as where to get your morning coconut bun or pan dulce from the Chinese and Mexican bakeries.

You may use my art supplies but be advised that if you steal or break anything you forfeit your security deposit.
