This lovely apartment in the heart of Fort Greene is on the 2nd floor of an elevator building with north facing windows. It offers a fully stocked kitchen, living room with a projector, queen-bed bedroom, and 2nd bedroom which functions as an office or can be converted to a bedroom (plus a Peloton, Core weights, and yoga mat!).

The pictures post a little blurry on Listings Project but I promise it's a very cute apartment, and we can do a live Zoom walk through :)

There are tons of bars and restaurants nearby (our favorites are Endswell, Aita and Miss Ada!) and is 4 blocks from Fort Green park. Very lovely, fun, and also family-friendly neighborhood.

We live here year round and are looking for a subletter while we're traveling (so it's ideal for someone who works from an office or home, wants to explore, enjoy the city, but not bring the party home).

The space will definitely be available Jan 29 - end of March, with a possible extension through April. Rent is $4200/month and we would prefer someone for the full time.

The C Lafayette stop is 1 block away, and Atlantic Ave station with access to the 2,3,4,5,B,D,N,Q,R trains is an 8 minute walk away (so it's super easy to get anywhere in the city)

Other notes:

- Laundry in building
- Price includes all utilities, including high speed wifi
- $150 cleaning fee (we'll have it professionally cleaned before you arrive, and use this for the same at the end)
- Watering our plants would be much appreciated!
- No pets or smoking allowed unfortunately :(
