Hi everyone,
We’re looking for a long-term female roommate to occupy a room in our apartment, available for move-in on March 1st.
The apartment is fully furnished; however, the person renting the room will need to bring their own furniture. Rent is $875 USD, plus utilities.
It’s located on Bedford Ave, between Greene and Lexington, in a vibrant Brooklyn neighborhood, surrounded by grocery stores, cafes, and bars, and just a short distance from Herbert Von King Park.
We’re three women living here, all professionals, and the apartment has a relaxed, cozy vibe. We also have an adorable cat named Sherry.
We’re looking for someone who can provide proof of income and who is clean, responsible, and easygoing.

Rental requirements
In order to rent the room, you'll need to provide an official ID, one contact reference, an $875 deposit, and the first month’s rent. Additionally, you’ll be required to provide proof of income.
