This is a 2.5 bedroom 1ba apartment on the 2nd floor. The bedroom has big size window, big closet space and is furnished. The living room area is spacious, there is one nice big sofa, projector and dinning table for 5. Kitchen area is smaller but have enough space for your food etc..

10 minute walk to Bedford L train station
2-3 minute walk to JMZ Marcy Avenue train station
About 10 minutes subway ride to the city
Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and many other grocery stores are nearby
There are nice bars, restaurants and parks nearby
2 bedrooms face to the main street and you will hear some traffic noise on some days
