3 bedrooms, 2 baths - you'll share a bathroom with 1 roommate
In-unit laundry & dishwasher
Second floor (1 flight of stairs)
Courtyard access on side of building

The room:
Will come furnished unless you don't want it to be (full bed with <2 yr mattress, desk, clothing rack, nightstand)
Window overlooking interior courtyard (quieter side of building)

The roommates:
1 early thirties woman, has two sweet pups (she fully takes care of them), chill and quiet! Other room is currently open as well.

You:
Ideal candidate is someone who respects a clean space, appreciates relative quiet after 11 most weekdays, and works in office at least a few days a week. The vibe of the apartment is friendly with a lovely common space. Pictures and videos included below, feel free to message me with questions!
