Largest, end room in a classic railroad apt. First two pictures are of the room for rent- It has a large futon mattress bed. I add a dresser when i rented it out in the past. It is currently a second living room. Two large windows, Direct sunlight. First and second photo is the room currently/recently - which is being used as second living room. We would add a dresser, and change it up a bit to fit your needs.

Separate entrance. Shared living, kitchen and bathroom with one other person - me.
I am a male in my 30s and like the apt to be a quiet cozy place of rest.

Great residential neighborhood with many cafes and restaurant options, laundry on the corner. M train is 2 min walk, L train 8 min walk.
