This is a private bedroom in a shared apartment.

It is available from April 1, 2025 until Sept 30, 2025 (length of stay can be negotiated to shorter - at 1 month up to the 6 months). Electric*, Gas and Internet are included in the fee.

Apartment is in Flatbush, Brooklyn on the B/Q train. 20 mins subway ride into Manhattan.

Located in a pre-war building across the street from the Parade Grounds (park) with basketball and tennis courts, baseball, football fields and soccer pitches. 2 blocks from Prospect Park. Full organic grocery/health food store a block away. Laundromat also one block away.

Short climb to second floor, it's a private room at the end of a long hallway which offers privacy for us both. The room is furnished with a twin XL bed. It's 176 square feet with plenty of space.

Shared spaces include a bright living room with lots of plants and a decent-sized (for NYC) clean kitchen with ample cabinet space.

Roomer is expected to keep shared spaces neat, clean and hygenic.

AC available in warm months, space heater available in cold. (*Excessive usage that increases electricity charges may lead to an additional fee)

PLEASE NOTE: there is a cat living in the apartment. No other pets allowed.
