You can either rent a bedroom with a built-in closet for $1833/month OR rent a larger bedroom with a shared walk-in closet and an office nook with a skylight for $1933/month. Room is unfurnished (may include queen bed, TBD) but the house is furnished & fully stocked with all essentials. Utilities not included.

Shared kitchen, living room, dining room, outdoor porch, and 1.5 baths. You will join me & one other roommate, Clara. Together we occupy the second and third (top) floors of a small building.

Dishwasher, walk-in pantry, hardwood floors, original details, lots of closet space, ceiling fans, TV. Laundry up the block. Nice tree-lined block close to Brower Park. This house is really special. It doesn't feel like a regular NYC apartment.
